The location of Up Town Hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major historical sites. We enjoyed the amazing view from the terrace, overlooking the Nile River, Tahrir Square, Cairo Tower, and the Egyptian Museum. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Korolos who provided excellent service. The rooms werenice and neat, and we appreciated the efforts made to ensure our satisfaction.
the WiFi signal in the rooms was a bit weak, and it would have been helpful to have basic amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, and ironing facilities readily available in the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Cairo and had an amazing experience. The staff at the hotel was truly exceptional, especially Nourhan. She was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on her face. When my friend's daughter got sick, Nourhan went above and beyond by bringing her own pot from her house so we could make homemade chicken soup for her. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is new and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is also great, making it the best value for money in the city.

The location in the heart of downtown Cairo was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were warm and cute, making me feel right at home. The rooms were tiled and clean, giving me a sense of comfort and cleanliness. The views from the rooms with a view were amazing. I also loved the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served, offering a nice place to relax and enjoy the morning. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the noise from the busy main square and the limited breakfast options, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly atmosphere. I had a great experience at Up Town Hotel.
